The Town & Country Clubs of Gilbert, AZ has an “HOA Associate Membership” program to help you tackle your HOA budget shortfalls and the idea is simple and fun!

The inspiration is based on a program administered for a private college in New York State. In fact, over $23,000.00 was raised, in five months, for an eight hundred home community right here in the East Valley using the same organizational strategies.

A minimal fee, based on your HOA membership, entitles the Town & Country Clubs of Gilbert, “HOA Associate Members” to unlimited social activities, clubs and travel throughout the year – everything from family day trips to sports nights, lecture series, special events, theater and dining package and so much more. Most events take place right in your very own community.

The benefit is two-fold.

First, we build a sense of community within your HOA.

Second, the profits raised by your “HOA Associate Members” are returned to your HOA.

Here’s the twist: HOA residents raising money for their own HOA and having fun doing it!

Associates Membership Fee $2.00 per home in your HOA community.
Individual Club Membership $3.00 per Club

80% of profits returned to your HOA.
