Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm MST
VA Rate: $5-8/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
All aspects of design, from initial concept through construction:
⦁ Preliminary office space plans
⦁ Drafting of construction documents
⦁ Project scope definition
⦁ Interior and exterior finish material selection
⦁ Working with clients to meet or exceed their project needs and goals
⦁ Coordinating architectural design with engineers
⦁ Coordinating with contractors during construction
⦁ Possible attendance at marketing events
⦁ Assistance in developing and maintaining project standards

Requirements and Qualifications:
⦁ Modeling in Revit (5 years of experience required)
⦁ Commercial experience is preferred.
⦁ Coordinating as needed in AutoCAD
⦁ 2 years of experience in Bluebeam
⦁ Good communication and confidence are a must
⦁ Optional experience with SketchUp, Rendering, Adobe Creative Suite, and photography
⦁ Architectural experience on US projects (3 years min)

Primary: running on 50 Mbps wired connection
Back-up: running at least 30 Mbps
