Hip- Hop Cardio: This is a 30 minute dance class with Hip- Hop Music from the early 2010s. Hip-Hop Cardio will challenge your cardiovascular endurance while having fun dancing to the best throwbacks! 💃
Tabata: This class increases cardiovascular endurance and strength using a traditional Tabata timer -20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata is a high impact class with modifications provided as needed. No equipment is required. 😤
Stretch: This is low impact class that focuses on stretching and relaxation. During these 20 minutes you will stretch and lengthen your muscles while working on breathing.
