Are you getting enough sleep? 💤

For a long time I wasn’t. I was taking medication, which made me feel extremely groggy the next day. I found reset pm and sleep like a baby 👶.
Every small noise would have been up and I couldn’t go back to sleep and stress/anxiety was out of control.
Between the medicine and lack of sleep… my foot detox was looking pretty yucky 🤮

To the person who has gotten me through the toughest things in life….my dad passing away, back surgery, car accidents, loss of his daughter’s mom, and being so sick I couldn’t function. You have literally picked me up when I couldn’t walk and loved me through crying so I couldn’t breathe. Happiest of birthdays my person 💕
