I'm always a hot mess when we video lol. But hey I've never trusted women who are fully made up to go to the gym!!
This was a little finisher the other day for shoulders. No rep count just go until your arms fall off .
Add a rope to the cable , weight isn't heavy but by the end it felt like a ton!!!
Form is important!! If your form is bad lose your ego and drop the weight .

Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. If covid has done anything, it's made me realize I'm grateful for my health and fitness. I tested positive for covid in late November but hardly noticed I was sick. I'm a big believer in taking care of my body, strengthening my immune system, strengthening my bones , regulating my blood pressure and heart health.
