Gettysburg Foundation

Over the weekend, we welcomed over 250 volunteers for our annual Volunteer Work Day in partnership with Gettysburg National Military Park and Eisenhower National Historic Site. 💪Volunteers helped with projects around both parks, including building and painting fences, caring for headstones in the cemetery, and cleaning historic structures.

🚌 Explore the battlefield in a new way with a Double Decker Battlefield Bus Tour on Saturday, June 13, departing the Museum & Visitor Center at 4pm.
💥 Living History in the side yard at Children of Gettysburg 1863 featuring Officers and Ladies for the Union on Saturday, June 13 from 10am-5pm with a candlelight talk at 8pm, and Sunday, June 14 from 10am-4pm.
💥 Living History at George Spangler Farm & Field Hospital, featuring the Patriot Daughters of Lancaster and the Blue & Gray Hospital Association, on Saturday and Sunday, June 12 and 13 from 10am-3pm.
