🥀This Room is located in Gettysburg Pa. Room includes furnishings such as 2 Full size beds, a dresser, a glass table top lamp, a small night stand, a microwave, mini refrigerator, and flat screen TV. Cable and WiFi are also included as well as Heat and A/C. Bathroom is in Room and has tub/shower, sink and toilet. Room has parking. 1 vehicle per licensed adult 2 vehicles total per room.
2 person max (yes, that includes children). No pets.
The cost if this Room is $250/wk. Due Every Monday, plus a $250 Security Deposit (which will be returned as long as nothing is damaged or stolen). $500 total to move in! ( you will be pro rated the 2nd week for however many days you stay the first week.)
Message me a time you would like to come see the Room and I will do my best to be in the office at that time. Keep in mind, I manage 2 other properties as well as this one and am not on site unless I have an appointment established.
