From renderings to reality.

A simple design for a simple problem: all their employees don’t fit onsite - yet.

After breaking ground, we found the existing parking lot to be thin - our concrete team then poured using the skid steer, to avoid the weight of a concrete truck.

Many things to consider as this project continues - looking forward to its progress!

“Make it look like this picture!”

When a client brings a Pinterest page, you have to mix it all together, and then actually build it!

At one point it was going to be plaster, but finally landed on a satin sheen with oak trim.

AI can dream, but it cannot yet build.

Backlit Custom Shelving Starting a business in a new place is hard, mainly because no one knows who you are. One day while I was praying, a phone call came in for this project. This project would become both an exhibit, and an oasis. A show piece, and a reprieve. Not maintenance free, also not rubbish.

Our clients could have purchased a foam-filled, plastic-wrapped, wood-stamped door because made for exterior weathering.

Not easy to pay for upfront, but the ability to repair and maintain can make it last a century at least, while a plastic product can look perfect but fail at 10 years, with no repair in sight.

Instead, they wanted something that looked, felt, and IS real.

Dignified design is when you integrate timeless principals, and real materials.

6/4 Sapele, rail & stile, floating panels, oil stained, and oil top coated.

Zero plastics. This is what building ought to return to!

An attic hatch can be nice too.

Our client’s couldn’t bear the dingy scrap of plywood anymore, and wanted to class up their attic hatch.

Will they use it every day?

No.

Will they stare at it every day?

Probably not.

But, they will experience the uplift of a dignified space, one in which they can sleep peacefully knowing all the details are thoughtful and pleasant.

Your basement is a place of industry.

When a home is remodelled, it becomes productive in a way it hasn’t been since it was built.

It becomes a cabinet shop, conference room, paint studio, and hub of creativity.

The function of these tools used to sit exclusively in large workshops or warehouses, limited by power, size, and portability.

Now they move as nimbly as a painter’s easel, quieter than a blender (sometimes), and clean up after themselves.
