My favorite time of the year!! Body Wars is on starting Monday. New Team! I’ll be representing the Romans this year.

Have you heard of YES.FIT? It’s my new addiction! It’s an app that has Virtual Races. You can run, walk or bike at your own pace. You decide your reward btwn a medal or T-shirt or both. I’m using it as motivation to get my training runs in btwn my Live Races and to get out and walk my dog more. Just finished my first race, Peter & Wendy, and the medal was so much more than I expected. 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏅
