Spent yesterday in the ER with Neil. Thankfully nothing too serious, on the scale of serious that he's introduced me too, "just" dangerously constipated and filled all the way to his colon, and that full too. They helped what they could, and things should start moving more now with some new meds.

So - that's probably the oddest introduction to a foal post you'll ever read! But I needed some good news, and wow did Malibu provide! I lost her gorgeous golden buckskin c**t last year and couldn't even talk about it, that one hurt so bad. He was my most anticipated foal, and so flipping gorgeous. She repeated him this year for me though, giving birth about 3:30am to another golden buckskin pinto all chromed up for me! Thank you Ashley for taking such amazing care of my girls! This boy is a grandson of Boones Little Buckeroo, heavily Winks bred through both my lines and Booboos SMHC dam, AND includes legends Landrys War Paint, X'Calibers Little Navajo, and Chocos Little Specks Red Boy in there too! Baby is walking under mom easily, so I'm hoping he stays small enough to hardship A in some years!
