Sometimes the right people come into your life at exactly the right time. ☕️

I met Marten of Incarnate Coffee Co. through mutual friends who were trying to get him interested in my baked goods, and somehow, after hearing how long I was spending roasting coffee on my little roaster, he ended up taking over. 😂 I am so incredibly glad he did.

Originally from Portland, Marten brings 17 years of coffee experience and an incredible amount of knowledge and skill to every roast. He is truly an expert at what he does, but beyond that, he is just an amazing person.

He listened to what we wanted for Thayne's, understood what we were trying to create, and helped turn it into something even better.

We are so proud to officially partner with Incarnate Coffee Co. for our very own Thayne's coffee. The bags may say Thayne's, but behind every roast is Marten's experience, talent, and care. We couldn't be more excited to have him as part of this next chapter.

A new chapter is brewing at Thayne's Café. ☕🤎👷‍♀️

If you stop by over the next few weeks, you'll notice things look a little different! Renovations are officially underway as we begin transforming Thayne's Café into a larger, more welcoming space to better serve our community.

We're incredibly grateful for the support of Clayton Towers and their belief in what we're building together. 🤎

Throughout the renovation, we're still open and serving our locally roasted coffee, gluten-free baked goods, and the same warm welcome you've always known.

Please pardon our progress as we create a space where our community can gather, connect, and enjoy great coffee for years to come.
