Exciting progress is underway at MEDICO as our dedicated construction team continues to make a significant difference in the La Moskitia region of Honduras. The crew’s hard work has resulted in the completion of six brand-new schools, providing vital educational infrastructure where it is needed most. In addition, two classrooms have been added to existing schools, expanding the resources available to students and teachers alike.
Our commitment extends beyond new builds. We have made sixteen major repairs to schools and completed sixteen substantial repairs to remote medical clinics, helping to improve access to essential healthcare for these communities.
