March brought strong momentum to the market 📊

Rising sales and steady price growth pushed total real estate volume to $324 million for the month, up 7% from last year. Year to date, transactions have reached $880 million, an 11% increase compared to 2025.

“Price growth remained steady but not overheated, which is encouraging for long term market stability,” said Inman. “We’re moving toward a healthier balance where both buyers and sellers can find opportunity, and buyers aren’t feeling as rushed to decide.”
