Stay off bridges if water is touching the road or flowing rapidly underneath.
Watch for downed power lines always assume they are live.
Slow down in heavy rain to avoid hydroplaning.

Don’t pressure drivers to cross flooded streets or detour through water.
Expect delays or cancellations in flood-prone areas, safety comes first.
