The good old days

So today was a bittersweet day. Although We retired several years ago, we owned and rented our deli building to sweet business owners. Today, we sold our building in Historic Downtown Georgetown SC. On the drive home I prayed for the new owners, for us, and know that God does nothing by accident. We were placed there by His almighty hand and we were removed as well. The people that touched our lives in that little deli space could not and will not ever be forgotten. The novels we could write, the prayers that were spoken, the laughs, the tears, the family gatherings that were there are priceless memories etched in my mind. God puts each one us for a time & season in a specific location. We were so blessed by you all & continue to hold you in our hearts. Although our physical time in Georgetown is over, we are so excited to see where God is leading. We love you all. Georgetown SC is such an amazing place, would not want to have our business anywhere else ❤️

Just wanted to connect today on here and tell you all how much we miss & love you. Our lives we touched & blessed by each person that walked through our deli doors ❤️ we are all doing well but wanted to touch base now and again to say Hi! We would love to hear from you all and keep up to date with you all. You were way more then customers you are family. Keep in mind Jesus loves you all so much too and He has sustained us through thick & thin.

This is so many of us ...So many...
Lord, today, this is ME. I am prostrate forth before you God. First, I am asking for forgiveness for so many things. I have gossiped, hurt others, been short tempered, been mean, ugly, unthoughtful, jealous, unkind, selfish, greedy and the list goes on and on.. I ask you Lord to cleanse me, make me clean, whole, right and just. I pray for our nation as well that we would rise up and praise your holy name. I pray that as you God are moving in our midst that we would seek your face. That kings and kingdoms will come to you through this. I pray that the stirring will begin in all our hearts and that you will purify our hearts and our church. Let us let go and let you reign supreme.. you have not ever left the throne not even for a second. I worship you!!!
We live too much in time, we’re too earth bound. We see as other men see, we think as other men think. We invest our time as the world invests it. We're supposed to be a different breed of people. I believe that the church of Jesus Christ needs a new revelation of the majesty of God. We’re all going to stand one day, can you imagine it- at the judgment seat of Christ to give an account for the deeds done in the body. This is what- this is the King of kings, and He’s the Judge of judges, and it’s the Tribunal of tribunals, and there’s no court of appeal after it. The verdict is final. (Ravenhill)
