First UMC Georgetown

This morning in our 10:45 worship service we celebrated the Holy Baptism of Colton Lane. We committed to help him grow with the church, and recommitted our own Baptismal vows. Welcome to FUMC, Colton!

There will be a Called Charge Conference June 16 at 7:00 PM in the FUMC Sanctuary. Our Executive Council will meet with our District Superintendent for a called Charge Conference which follows our larger all-church vote from last Fall.

The one purpose of this meeting is to vote on the final plans and financing for our building project. While the members of Executive Council will vote, all members of the church are invited as this is an open meeting.
