During the inclement weather last week, Sussex Tech U.S. Coast Guard JROTC Cadet, Jose-Julian, witnessed two elderly ladies struggling to get to their car. Jose-Julian immediately put down his belongings and not only assisted the ladies to their vehicle, but also helped to load their items into the car. Today, Jose-Julian was recognized for his good citizenship. Way to Go!!!
