Girl. There will always be something you can criticize about your body that will keep you from doing a shoot. You will probably NEVER feel thin enough, curvy enough, toned enough, whatever enough.

That is the whole point of doing the shoot.

To show you that you look amazing right now this second and you don't have to criticize yourself so hard all the time.

I am all for making healthy choices, especially if they will make you feel good. I'll be right here to cheer you on your journey.
