We recently completed this conference space for WM Capital, designed for connection, collaboration, and shared ideas.

And then there’s him.

Installed within the room is Duane Hanson’s Reading Man (1972), a hyper-realistic sculpture that quietly blends into the background. At first glance, he fits right in. But look closer, and the contrast is hard to miss.

In the 1970s, he represented a moment of quiet disconnection. Today, surrounded by screens and devices, that same posture feels even more familiar.

As builders, we focus on creating spaces that bring people together. Pieces like this remind us how those spaces are actually experienced.

Because even in a room built for collaboration, connection is still a choice.

Rain or shine, this crew always shows up ready.

The Paradigm Commercial team was proud to take part in the Justice 4 Children Charity Clay Shoot in support of the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center, held at Capital City Clays on Friday. Events like this help fund critical services that provide protection, healing, and advocacy for children and families in our community.

Proud to stand alongside partners who continue to support the important work Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center leads every day.

A workplace designed for both performance and experience.

Paradigm Commercial delivered a full interior transformation of this 8,130 sf suite, creating a balanced environment that supports focus, collaboration, and well-being. From executive offices and open workstations to hospitality-driven lounge areas, a custom break space, and a fully integrated fitness room, every detail was built to elevate the day-to-day experience.

Warm wood tones, layered lighting, and clean architectural lines define the space, while glass-front offices and open sightlines maximize natural light throughout. The result is a modern, high-functioning office that feels as intentional as it is refined.
