YThe question of whether Target is coming to Georgetown has finally been answered. YES, according to the developer, Target will be the main anchor of Georgetown Commons in late summer/early fall of 2027.

Other tenants confirmed for Georgetown Commons include Chili's, Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Marshalls, Boot Barn, Chase Bank, HomeGoods, Sierra, Burlington, Rack Room Stores, PetSmart, Nothing Bundt Cake, Luxor Nails, Mattress Firm, 7 Brew, Panda Express, and Swig.

Georgetown Commons is a mixed-use development featuring retail, restaurants, and housing. In addition to retail space, the project will include 288 apartments, space for assisted living homes, and either a wellness center or possibly a sports and entertainment complex.

A new Baskin-Robbins and Jimmy John's are opening soon on Southgate Drive, bringing sandwiches and ice cream to the south end of town.
There are also two additional storefront locations for lease, ideal for restaurants, boutiques, or maybe something new and different for Georgetown.
