​Five years ago today, Priority Property Services, LLC began with a single goal: to build a better future through hard work and determination. What started as a one-man operation with a beat up Chevy truck and a basic tool kit has evolved into a full-scale construction and maintenance firm.

​Today, we are proud to hit the five-year sustainability mark with a dedicated team of eight professionals, a fleet of service vehicles, and a diverse portfolio ranging from specialized maintenance to $200,000+ renovations and house flips. In 2023, we further expanded our reach by launching our professional cleaning division, focusing on beach house and post construction cleaning.

​We owe this milestone to our commitment to consistency and the resilience to push through every challenge. To our loyal clients and those we have yet to meet: thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to serving the community for many years to come.
