CMM can assist with managing long-term/chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain heart conditions. Community Medical Mission (CMM) está aceptando nuevos pacientes. Community Medical Mission is located at 116 Pocahontas Trail in Georgetown, KY. We are in the Faith Baptist Church building. We help those who have no insurance or are just in between to see a health practitioner, obtain medications, and needed lab work. We work with patients that have chronic disease and need to keep their medications up and keep themselves stable.
We also work to refer patients to Surgery on Sunday.
Our hours are every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 5:30pm to 8:30pm by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call
