Looking to feel cozy today?

Let’s face it y’all we live in TX. While I know it seems to hit us every January/February, more often than not fireplaces are more for vibes here.

And that’s ok! This customer wanted to feel extra cozy in their master bedroom. This project suits their modern tastes 🤌.

I built this feature with feather finish concrete, added an electric fireplace that can have heat on or off and a tv that is flush to the wall. The customer is happy which means my goal is accomplished.

Featured today: curb appeal. This client likes a fresh clean look. While the previous door had old world charm, it wasn’t their style and did not fit in the door frame. Whoever built the house had the completely wrong size installed 🤦‍♀️. In comes Huckleberry! We swapped to this beautiful stained Knotty Alder door. It gives off a warm, welcoming feeling to guests and allowed for changing out to a cleaner craftsman style trim to match. This also greatly improved the homes efficiency, reducing draft.
