There’s just something to be said about an old-timey courthouse (especially when it’s right outside your office). 2 weeks into this new adventure and I finally feel like I’m getting settled and ready to get this thing rolling. For those unaware, I am operating out of the building where Tom Grennan has traditionally practiced. Feel free to stop in, even if it’s just to say hello! Aside from my work as an attorney, I double as the legal advisor for the Western Brown High School Mock Trial team. Yesterday, we had 2 teams compete in the annual OCLRE District Mock Trial Competition in Clermont County. After months and months of hard work and practice, we walked away with 4 Best Witness awards and 3 Best Attorney awards. And, to top it all off, 1 of our teams advanced to the Regional Competition held on February 17th. Couldn’t be more proud of these kids! But, as Kobe Bryant once said, “Job’s not finished.”
