To my amazing clients,

First, I want to sincerely apologize to anyone who may not have heard from me yet regarding rescheduling. I did try my hardest to make sure everyone was handled.

As many of you know, I recently lost my sweet Granny. Those days were the hardest I’ve ever experienced, and while I did everything I could to contact as many clients as I could remember, I know it’s possible that I unintentionally missed someone.

Please know this wasn’t because I forgot about you or your precious pup. During the worst week of my life, my focus was on spending every last moment I could with my Granny before saying goodbye. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade those moments for anything.

To those of you who showed me grace, patience, and understanding, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness reminded me why I truly have the best clientele anyone could ask for, and I will never forget it.

To those who were frustrated, I completely understand. I can only hope that if you ever find yourself walking through the loss of someone you love, you’ll be surrounded with the same compassion that so many of you showed me.

If I accidentally missed reaching out to you, please don’t think I ignored you or forgot your baby. I am working hard to make sure every client gets back on schedule.
