✅ Use a clean, plush microfiber drying towel — not a chamois, not an old bath towel
✅ Pat dry, don’t drag — reduces the chance of trapping debris and scratching
✅ Start from the top and work down — gravity is your friend
✅ Dry in the shade if possible — water evaporates too fast in direct sun
✅ Don’t forget door jambs and mirrors — trapped water drips down later and leaves streaks
