Oreo Animal ID #: 60997370 comes to us as a stray. He did have a microchip, but the phone numbers listed were inactive and couldn't receive voicemail messages. There was also no address listed which left us at a dead end😔
When Oreo first arrived, he was very timid of new people and new situations. But since joining our dog playgroups, he has become much more confident and we are starting to see that bright personality of his⭐
