🔪 2 🔪 - I finally made it around to see my buddy.
We started out working at Cramer Mountain Club 27 years ago. The man is talented 🎁 , still humble and grateful.
My respect for Chef Vincent is over the moon.
This business is extremely difficult and comes with NO rewards or most times no acknowledgments. We cook until it hurts but live to serve the next plate. ALL we want to do is cook 🔥.
We KNOW this industry.
I am happy for Chef and his wife Dana with opening Vincent Lowery Restaurant - “Viny’s” at 245 West Garrison Blvd, Gastonia, NC. Keep elevating 👊🏽 👊🏽 Brother🙏🏽.
