RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Call on healthcare facilities, hospital discharge planners, social workers. clinics and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales for Home Care Staffing.
• Must meet or exceed established sales targets and background in nursing, or medical/hospital sales is a big plus.
• Generate client referrals from professional referral sources.
• Represent our agency professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and comprehend written and verbal communications along with good computer skills and updating all social media site.
• Promote agency services.
• Strengthen and maintain existing referral sources.
• Develop Marketing Plan for new or existing territory.
• Maintain written documentation relating to all sales activity
• Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
• Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
• Excellent follow-up, planning, organization, and communication skills are required.
• Maintain an up-to-date competitive sales files.
• Must have a valid driver's license with appropriate auto insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales, Home Health, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or other healthcare sales experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience in generating new business preferably in the health care industry.
Provides educational office visits relating to In-Home Care services for physicians new to area and visits to primary physicians on a regular basis. Maintains high levels of rapport with referring physicians.
