Hi friends! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while but life got in the way a little bit. I haven’t been able to make any meals for the market in a few weeks cuz I’ve been swamped helping out at the hubby’s work. But this weekend, on Saturday at the East Garland Farmer’s Market, I’ll have some delicious low carb breads and treats, as well as this amazing stuffed pepper soup!

Good morning!!! I have an announcement I need to make, sadly. For the foreseeable future, I will be suspending the weekly meal prep. I will still be having ready to go, heat and eat meals at the East Garland Farmer’s Market every Saturday, but the pre-orders will not be available for a while. Due to some incidents that have occurred in the area, with other meal prep and pre order treats businesses, I don’t want anyone to worry that will happen, so for now, I will still have the meals ready to go each Saturday at the market, but it will be on a first come, first serve basis.
