Anything that plugs the va**na can disrupt the flow of matter from the uterus and create stagnation, back-up, and clots.
Imagine turning a ketchup bottle upside down and then putting a tampon in the opening to absorb the ketchup. Yes, It will absorb a lot of liquid. But what about the rest of the ketchup in the bottle? It can’t get out; the tampon is in the way.
When You remove the tampon from the ketchup bottle opening, It is very likely that clumps of stagnant ketchup will have formed in the space around the opening, where liquid drained into the tampon but the thicker part of the Ketchup stayed behind. That thick Ketchup likely clumped up around the opening. Even if all the other ketchup drains out on it’s own, It is likely that those clumps created by the tampon in the opening will stay in the bottle unless removed by a foreign object like a sponge, a hand, or water.
Tampons, cups, discs, sea sponges, etc, all do the trick; They catch the blood and prevent leaks and stains on our clothes and furniture. But they also stop the flow, which can lead to stagnant and clotted blood.
Avoid va**nal plugs of any kind (including intimacy) that may inhibit the natural flow of the womb cleanse.
Steaming before and after the period may remove the stagnant blood built from the use of plugs.
Steam sessions with me are $20 remotely or $60 In-person. Herbs sold separately

Since blood contains a lot of water, it makes sense that cold environment and foods could slow blood's movement. During the period, This could lead to stagnation in the uterus, and an inability to fully cleanse.
During the period, keep the abdomen warm to encourage circulation of blood and a full womb cleanse. Eat and drink warm nourishing things to continue that circulation.
Keep the feet covered and warm as heat can leave our body from the feet quickly, cooling our body and possibly slowing blood flow in the uterus.
Steam sessions before and after the period are $20 remotely, $60 in person. Herbs sold separately
Or you may qualify for one free session in person. DM me for details!
