Deep Connection K9 Academy

Hiiii! It’s been way too long since I’ve posted here, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how to jump back in. I’ve been caught in this absolutely crippling “posting paralysis” for YEARS (4 years to be exact) —overthinking what to share, how to say it, and if it’s even worth posting. Can anyone else relate? 🙃
But I’ve decided to stop overthinking and just start showing up. After all, I started this page just to share what I love most— my life with my dogs. It just also now includes working with client dogs and helping their owners!
So here’s to getting back into the swing of things! You can expect a mix of:
✨ Fun snippets from life and travel with M&M
✨ Behind-the-scenes moments with board and train + private lesson pups
✨ Training tips to make life with your dog easier (and more fun!)
I’m so excited to reconnect with this community and continue to share the passion that drives me every day. Thanks for sticking around— I’ll give a life update on all the things we’ve been up to on my next post 🤍

Hi IG! It’s been such a busy, dynamic 1.5 years since I last posted, and wow has time flown by and things have changed ✨.
I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to reintroduce myself — my name is Diana Diep (pronounced “deep” 😉) and I’m the Head Trainer/Owner of Deep Connection K9 Academy.
I debated this account evolution long and hard, and although I started my business account (, now a back up), I realized recently that this growth is just as much personal as it is professional.
From day one of M&M’s account, I’ve strived for transparency in our training journey and I truly believe that that’s why I’ve formed the relationships that I have on here and would hate to lose the community that has been our support system since the beginning.
I’m a true believer in “what’s meant to be, will be” but I never in a million years would have thought that adopting these two bullies on whim would lead me here. So in celebration of Mango girl’s 4th adoptiversary this week, the timing of this transition just made sense 🤍
For those of you who are going to stick around, I appreciate your continued support so so much — we wouldn’t be here without the connections and conversations that I’ve made through this account.
Without getting too sappy, here’s a cheers to more years of Advocating, Educating, and Empowering ✨

Happy crmus, is chrismun, merry crisis, merry Chrysler!! *𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘪𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦* 😂
Although I’m grateful that we have our health, this year’s the first year in my entire life that I haven’t been able to spend Christmas with my family. Coming from a background that is very deeply rooted in family values, this really threw me for a loop. But then again, everything that this year brought did.
Additionally, I feel like we’ve been quiet around these parts in the last few months. As life got busier, I found myself getting more and more uninspired to share on this platform. Considering we are normally pretty active, I definitely miss the internal inferno that fuels our posts.
𝗠𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀: How do y’all deal with social media fatigue? How do you come back from feeling disconnected?
As we prepare to head into the new year, I’ll definitely be reflecting on our 2020 along with what we hope to achieve in 2021, but for now, I hope you and yours stay safe during this holiday season 🎄❤️✨
