This afternoon a long time customer called in to ask about a strange call he received. He stated that *** Alarm Company called in and said that a tech would be there in 1/2 an hour to change his battery and to let them in. The caller was persistent that he open the door and let the tech in when they arrived. He told them no, hung up and called into the office. I assured him that we had not called him, his battery was fine and that if somebody arrived at his house to not allow them in push the panic button on his security system or call 911. Please be safe if you have any concerns be sure to call and confirm before allowing anybody into your home.
