We have been working on a project that we are excited to finally share. Located in Lockhart, TX. is Groves Isotope Teat Reactor that is scheduled to go live on July 4th. This facility will provide isotopes for cancer detection and therapy equipment (currently supply comes from overseas).

U-haul storage facility in Caldwell is complete and operating. We have been on the design team for multiple locations, including 4 here in the Treasure Valley and as far away as Hawaii.

This past week S.E. celebrated our 13th year of working with many great clients. We also had out traditional Christmas morning with the team followed by our Christmas dinner with our families.
We switched things up this year and did a secret Santa gift exchange between colleagues and Santa himself provided some gifts to the good boys and girls of S.E.
As we get ready to close out 2025, we want to extend or gratitude to all of our great clients and we are looking forward to what 2026 brings and sharing some exciting projects in the works currently.

The 7th and Franklin multi-family project’s first phase is complete. The original intent of this project was to use the multi-wythe brick walls of the historic home and provide new floor and roof framing supported by a new foundation. Unfortunately the existing brick was deemed structurally unsalvageable but the historic architectural designed remained.
