e pins, has evolved into a growing movement spreading Joy & Happiness. Guests at the Galveston Terminal look for him to take pictures with and get "pinned". Seeing the smiles on the guests, both big and little, is what makes it all worth it. The following is the MrSmileyFace Mission Statement in his own words:

"As a Guest Port Services Agent, I feel it is my responsibility to send our guests on to the ship, in a great mood, smiling, lauging and ready for their vacation. When they head down the gangway after our interaction, I want the last thing they remember about the whole process, was that I made them laugh, smile and feel a little Joy & Happiness." I am a Fun Ambassador and sending other "Fun Ambassadors" onto a cruise ship, is a wonderful thing.
