Everything But The Gym
You don't need a 2-hour leg day with 15 different exercises to get stronger.
Today's workout took about 30 minutes and covered everything I wanted:
• Assisted ring hangs to open up the shoulders, spine, hips, and knees.
• Banded T-handle swings for explosive power. • Heavy Zercher squat singles to build real-world strength.
• Hanging knee raises for core stability.
• Isometric lunge holds to finish with strength and durability.
Simple. Intentional. Effective.
The best program isn't the one with the most exercises—it's the one you can recover from and stay consistent with.
What's one exercise you refuse to skip on leg day? Let me know in the comments.
If you're looking for a program that fits your life instead of taking it over, send me a DM and let's talk.

Sometimes the only thing you can control is your attitude.
A few hours before this picture, the airline had lost all of our luggage.
We were in Spain, exhausted from traveling, wearing the same clothes, and wandering through a little thrift store hoping to find anything we could use until our bags showed up.
Then I spotted this ridiculous Viking helmet.
For about 30 seconds, I forgot how frustrated I was.
I put it on, made my wife laugh, and reminded myself that not every problem needs to ruin your day.
The luggage eventually turned up.
The stress passed.
The memory that stuck? The Viking helmet.
Life isn't always about avoiding setbacks. Sometimes it's about choosing to smile anyway.
You can't always control what happens to you, but you can choose how you respond.
What's the funniest thing you've done to make the best of a bad situation? I'd love to hear your story.

Most people only focus on training harder.
The people who make progress also take recovery seriously.
Sleep. Good nutrition. Hydration. Walking. Managing stress.
Your body adapts between workouts, not during them.
If you've been pushing hard but your progress has stalled, the answer might not be another workout—it might be better recovery.
What's one thing you do to recover after a tough workout? Let me know below.

One meal didn't ruin your progress.
One weekend didn't ruin your progress.
The cycle of "I messed up, so I'll start again Monday" is what keeps people stuck.
Successful fat loss isn't about perfection.
It's about building habits you can repeat for months, not days.
That's why I don't hand my clients restrictive meal plans they'll hate.
As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, I create custom meal guides built around your lifestyle, your food preferences, and your goals so you can lose fat without feeling like your life revolves around dieting.
If you're ready to stop starting over and want a plan that's actually sustainable, send me a DM with the word "COACHING" and let's talk about my online coaching program.
