Today we had the high bidders from the silent auction at this year's Kokanee Power fund raising banquet, Danny and Rick aboard.

Hot and Humid!

Today's excitement included catching someone's dropped anchor and line with the downrigger ball while bottom bouncing. That's a first! and last I hope.

Here are the winners of the New Melones MyCatch event. This is a side event at each derby, free to anyone, and you simply record your catches via the app. We have been starting it usually on a Wednesday and running it through the derby day or the Sunday. A bit of fun citizen science with some KP buck incentives. For New Melones the winners were:

Longest Kokanee - Chris Dunham - (15 inches)
Shortest Kokanee - Kevin Smith - (8.25 inches)
Blind Bogey - Larry Abernathy - (11.625 Target)
