Weber attended the Rose Garden ceremony on August 5, 2021, to award the Congressional Gold Medal to GWPLLC client Jeffrey Smith, a Washington, DC, Metropolitan Police Officer who died as a result of the Capitol Insurrection. GWPLLC's efforts to obtain line of duty death benefits for Jeffrey's widow Erin continues.
