If you are putting an offer in on a HUD owned property, be sure to view the property inspection report on line. It can save you a whole lot of problems. Make sure the property is marketed properly as insured or uninsured. It does make a difference. Call me for more information

Mortgage bonds are trading lower today with moderate losses. Bernanke is set to speak today at 2:30 and we will see a Fed statement at 2. That said, we anticipate that Bernanke will indicate the QE will continue until labor markets substantially improve. It is anticipated that the $85 billion in bonds being purchased by the FED monthly will continue. This has been the market update. I will keep you informed after the press conference today.
