CCACC News - 2026年CCACC排球夏令營T-shirt設計大賽結果揭曉

隨著夏季的腳步臨近，美京華人活動中心 (CCACC) 本年度排球夏令營 (CCACC Volleyball Summer Camp) T-shirt 設計大賽結果正式揭曉！來自西北高中 (Northwest High School) 的準高三學生 Cayleigh Zhao，憑藉著充滿活力與深刻寓意的設計作品脫穎而出，完美詮釋排球精神。她的設計將成為今年夏令營 所有學員與教練的專屬營服。

色彩與線條傳遞「包容與成長」

Cayleigh Zhao 是一位熱愛運動的女孩，平時除排球之外，匹克球、軟式棒球皆有涉獵。對她而言 ，排球不僅是自我挑戰的平台，更是與他人建立連結、享受快樂的熱情所在。

在這次的獲勝作品中，Cayleigh 巧妙地融合了視覺美感和體育精神，用亮眼的色彩與人物剪影，傳遞「人人皆可排球」的包容精神。

設計理念包括:

活力色彩: 使用明亮的色調，展現排球運動的趣味、能量與興奮感
球員剪影: 兩側的排球運動員剪影不具備特定外貌，象徵著「包容性」—— 無論背景、經驗或球技如何，每個人都能享受排球的樂趣
獨特塗鴉: 球員身旁的塗鴉線條代表著學習與比賽中的「失誤與挑戰」，傳達出「從錯誤中學習並成長」的正面態度
色彩融合: 畫面中交織的豐富色彩，則象徵著來自不同背景的球員匯聚一堂，正如團隊中的每位球員都為球隊貢獻獨一無二的力量，共同拼湊出完美的畫面
讓體育精神在夏季綻放

Cayleigh 的設計完美契合了CCACC排球夏令營的核心價值——不止是追求球技的進步，更是關於團隊合作、包容多樣性以及在面對挫折時的韌性。非常感謝 Cayleigh 帶來如此溫暖且充滿力量的作品，也期待所有學員在今年夏天穿上這件營服時，都能感受到這份熱情與活力！

CCACC News - CCACC Health Center to Offer Building Better Caregivers Free Online Workshop

CCACC Health Center remains committed to supporting individuals living with dementia and their family caregivers. With the support of the Asian American Health Initiative (AAHI) and the Maryland Living Well Center of Excellence, the Center successfully hosted a six-week, Chinese-language Building Better Caregivers Free Online Workshop beginning on January 8, 2026. The program received highly positive feedback from participants for providing emotional support, practical caregiving strategies, and connections to valuable community resources.

To serve more caregivers from diverse linguistic backgrounds, CCACC Health Center will offer an English-language Building Better Caregivers Free Online Workshop from June 18 through July 23, 2026. The workshop will be held online every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for six consecutive weeks. Community members who are caring for a loved one with dementia or other chronic conditions are encouraged to register and participate.

CCACC Health Center warmly invites family members and caregivers of individuals living with dementia to join this workshop. Participants will gain practical caregiving knowledge, learn effective self-management skills, and build supportive connections with fellow caregivers. Through shared learning and mutual encouragement, caregivers can find greater confidence, strength, and companionship in their caregiving journey.
