Welcome Aselya to the team! You can catch her for 9:30am Authentic Vinyasa on Mondays & 8:00am Ashtanga on Thursdays!

Her bio:

Aselya is a passionate vinyasa practitioner and 200 hours registered yoga teacher. Aselya’s classes are influenced by several different styles with a focus on dynamic sequencing from Ashtanga yoga. She emphasizes alignment and integrity in the poses, whilst challenging students with creativity and strength. Her classes are designed to inspire self-awareness, personal empowerment and to connect deeper with ourselves and the world we live in.
Health and wellness are a central part of Aselya’s life philosophy. Together they form the building blocks of our purpose and help encourage positivity and love. Everyone has their uniqueness and strength. Aselya’s aim is to help people realize where their light shines and share with them what she has learned as a yoga teacher.
Her way to finding yoga is deeply connected to her uneven journey toward motherhood. Yoga came into her life when she needed it the most and since then Aselya believes in the miraculous healing powers of yoga.
If not doing yoga you can find Aselya spending her time with her husband, 3 years old daughter, and their corgi.
