Santa Fe College celebrated the ground breaking of it's new Automotive Technology Training Center, a project that is taking the next step in addressing our growing community's needs by introducing high-wage and high-skilled job opportunities to students in the automotive industry.

This new state-of-the-art facility features interactive classrooms, teaching and training bays that facilitate hands-on learning, and a dedicated EV diagnostics lab for high-tech safety features.

We're excited to continue our partnership with Santa Fe College and Spiezle Architectural Group to Build People, Beautify Cities, and Bring Exceptional Training Facilities to Life.

Last week, Marion County celebrated the grand opening of the new Marion County Animal Services shelter, marking a major accomplishment for the community.

The new 37,361-square-foot facility sits on 20 acres with room for future expansion to better serve the community. It also features 18,036 square feet of air-conditioned kennels with both indoor and outdoor access for the animals.

We joined the University of North Florida and the Korey Stringer Institute as they celebrated the grand opening of the Perry Weather Heat Lab yesterday morning.

This project is a space dedicated to advancing heat safety research and developing evidence-based strategies that help protect athletes, military personnel, and outdoor workers from exertional heat stress. By combining real-time WBGT monitoring, environmental data, and collaborative research, this lab will help shape smarter safety protocols, inform policy, and create lasting impact for communities nationwide. We’re always thankful for the important work we can collaborate on with UNF and TTV Architects.

Recently, Scorpio completed the City of Fruitland Park's New Public Safety Facility.

Designed by our partners at GatorSktch Corporation, this brings the City’s Law Enforcement and Fire Department together under one roof to better serve the community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help deliver a project that supports the safety, growth, and future of Fruitland Park.
