Helping A Person In Need

I started a go fund me account for mom who is having cancer surgery a few weeks ago,but instead of raising money to help her it has cost me money. I was recommended to reach more people using Facebook, and now we haven't received any help, and facebook is charging me... I thought this organization promises to help people not screw them over. My mom is still in the icu at Emory right now in an induced coma because they accidentally cut her treachery.. I'm so frustrated putting it nicely!! I guess it's my fault because I'm an idiot when it comes to technology.THANK YOU FACEBOOK!!!
