Tenant Excuse of the Week:

"I couldn't pay my rent because Mercury is in retrograde." 🌎✨

We wish we were kidding. As property managers, we've heard just about everything:

My tax refund isn't in yet
My work messed up my check (this happens way more then we would think)
I needed to get this huge nice car
I needed this brand new huge couch
My cousin's friend's neighbor was supposed to pay me back.
Mercury is in retrograde.

Meanwhile, the mortgage company, insurance company, HOA, and utility companies somehow never seem to care what planet is out of alignment. 😅

Remember: Rent is due on the same date every month, regardless of the moon phase, horoscope, or astrological forecast.
