So obviously, this is a slight reference to the fact that K-pop Demon Hunters exist in pretty much took off all the mental head space associated. It’s basically the cherries franchise admitting defeat and acknowledge that K-pop demon hunters won the culture war or whatever. And I have to ask “similarities?’ First Mr. Wolf And now this. The cherries came out first in 2023, who cares if the K-pop demon hunters are a thing that exists. It’s called a a girl group. Sony animation does not own girl group genre. What’s wrong with similarities? Maybe they don’t want to get their merchandising opportunities— I mean, beloved, iconic, strong characters mixed up. Let’s throw in a copyright joke.
