Welcome to Optimum VIP Care Services

We are here to give you and your child the professional support care that you need to feel comfortable and a little more stress-free. We provide FREE In-Home Private Care Services to children under the age of 21, who may have significant developmental or physical disabilities. Many of our families are surprised to hear that they qualify within 30 days of their application submission.

If your child is under 21, on Medicaid, and have a medical necessity i.e. cerebral palsy, paraplegia, spina bifida etc.

Optimum VIP Care Services is a GAPP approved agency servicing medically fragile children throughout Georgia between the ages of under 21 and we pay parents to provide PCA care
