A tented wedding is fun!! The ambiance/cozy feeling they create, and the security of knowing your guests, wedding party, florals and rentals are safe and protected from the elements.

However, a tent is in fact a structure. There are many details and planning to consider when hosting your reception under a tent.

✨Know your venue’s rules. Can you stake directly into the ground? When can you start setting up? That last one’s crucial because putting together a tent can take anywhere from one to four days.
✨Reserve it early. Rental companies have a limited supply of styles and sizes, so book one as soon as you finalize your date and have a good idea of the guest count.
✨Get the correct size. Working directly with your Certified Wedding Planner, we will be able to guide you on what size tent you need to not only accommodate your guests count but your DJ, your caterer, your dance floor, etc.
✨Budget accordingly. Renting a tent is expensive. The misconception of a tent is it’s like a pop up tent you camp with. It’s not. As I mentioned earlier, it’s a structure. Which takes lots of manpower and equipment.
