Little Angels Preparatory

This past Monday, we had a productive Teacher Workday at LAP! Our team rolled up their sleeves and deep cleaned classrooms, scrubbed toys and chairs, and refreshed our space to keep it safe and welcoming for our children. We also had an impactful training to help us better prepare for our upcoming outdoor learning environment, and we’re so excited about what’s ahead!
And yesterday, we celebrated Ms. Joy’s one-year anniversary with LAP! 🎉 We are so grateful for her dedication, heart, and the love she pours into our children every day. We truly appreciate her and our entire amazing team! 💛

🍊🥕 NC Crunch Day! 🥦🍎

Our Little Angels joined classrooms across North Carolina to celebrate NC Crunch Day, a fun event that highlights healthy eating and the importance of local farms! 🌾

A big thank-you to the POD program for donating all the delicious oranges! 🍊 The kids had a blast peeling, tasting, and exploring them in creative ways.

Here’s to learning where our food comes from, and maybe one day sharing fruits and veggies from our very own garden! 🌱

Here’s a look at our most recent teacher workday where we got to do a training to prepare for our new outdoor learning environment coming Spring 2026! We sketched our dream playground, planted eggplants, baked pumpkin bread and roasted pumpkin seeds, all activities that are supported with outdoor learning!
