So excited for this family! I was referred by a fellow agent about a year ago and we couldn’t find what they were looking for.

At one point we wrote an offer on a home that was sitting for 100 days and then on day 100 they got multiple offers and it didn’t make sense for them financially.

They decided to pause their search and in that time frame there was a shift in the market that gave them more opportunity.
