All returns and exchanges (domestic and international) must be made/requested 7 days within the delivery date. We recommend customers use a tracking number when sending back returns. Your return/exchange must be shipped within 3 days of requested date. Please email your tracking number to [email protected]. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping. All return items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags still attached to qualify for a return. If you ship such items not meeting our requirements, Sickoutfits will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Returned items bought on promotional sale will not be credited promotion. (example below)

Example: Promotion offers 10% off when spending $100 or more (3 items on average). Customer decides to return one item of their three purchased items, taking their order total under $100. This will disqualifying the promotion from the original order resulting in a PARTIAL REFUND only. No exceptions.
